We are growing! In September of 2024 James Townsend, PE joined the Osprey team as Vice President. James brings 19 years of roadway, drainage, and utility design experience for both municipal and private development projects. His successfully delivered projects range from small scale intersection improvements to large scale urban redevelopment projects of over 50 acres including Water Street Tampa and Gas Worx.
