COMPANY OVERVIEW
Osprey Engineering Group, LLC is a civil engineering consulting firm founded on the principles of technical excellence and quality-driven design.
President Julia Serynek, PE, CFM and Vice President James Townsend, PE have a combined 40 years of experience delivering a diverse range of public and private sector infrastructure projects that encompass roadway, drainage, utility and civil site design, safety improvements, stormwater modeling and floodplain management, and planning studies.

We’re growing! In Fall 2025, Osprey welcomed Eric Olszewski as Chief Designer and Terry Hsu, PE, as Senior Stormwater Engineer. Eric and Terry bring 20 and 30 years of experience, respectively, in their roles. These strategic additions enhance Osprey's technical expertise and expand our capacity to deliver larger, more complex projects for our clients.
