COMPANY OVERVIEW
Osprey Engineering Group, LLC is an engineering consulting firm providing professional civil engineering services. With over 19 years in the industry, President and Owner Julia Serynek, PE, CFM, has experience ranging from municipal planning studies to large-scale roadway interchange projects throughout Florida. Ms. Serynek has a proven track record of delivering projects on time with the highest standards of quality.

We are growing! In September of 2024 James Townsend, PE joined the Osprey team as Vice President. James brings 19 years of roadway, drainage, and utility design experience for both municipal and private development projects. His successfully delivered projects range from small scale intersection improvements to large scale urban redevelopment projects of over 50 acres including Water Street Tampa and Gas Worx.
